Tuesday Ism: Al Qabidh, The
Constrictor.
When the heart constricts, that blood is pumped around the body, offloading
oxygen. The action of squeezing is necessary for us to live!
The Man and the Butterfly Story perfectly
illustrates how the struggle to get out of the cocoon is necessary for the
butterfly to grow its beautiful wings. Tests and challenges that Allah Al
Qabidh, the Constrictor places in our life, are what we need to grow. They make
us stronger and help us become our best.
