Lesson Introduction:
Allah is Ar Razzaq. He is the Provider of everything. He created the plants, made them grow, filled them with nutrition and taste so that we could enjoy them while helping our bodies grow too. The food we eat, becomes part of our body. The healthier the food we eat, the stronger our muscles and bones will become.

The Qur’an is a book of complete instructions. Allah tells us about fruits which are extra beneficial for us to eat, to help us look after our body. He explains to us how it is important to eat food which is halal and 'tayyib', good.

Food like crisps and chocolates might taste good and you may enjoy eating them, but are they good for you? We must look after the bodies that Allah has blessed us with, by making sure we eat a balanced diet with enough fruits and vegetables.

A way of thanking Allah is to use the blessings He has given us in the right way. Our health is a blessing. We must look after our body so that it stays healthy and we can use it for Allah. We can do this by being careful what kind of food we eat.
